For the adapter to be even remotely usable, you still have to have the router in the same room anyway, or just be right next to it (and in that case, why not just buy a normal LAN cable, right?)
Small
WIFI 6
Easy driver installation (win 10, win 7)
Unusable when the Wi-Fi is in another room

DO NOT take it, the little cockroach, but it doesn't work to connect to a WiFi network, it can only create a mobile hotspot. It's probably not broken but it's just made that way and it doesn't work for connecting to a WiFi network, tested on two stations. The second cockroach I bought (Tenda W311MIv6) connects to the network without any problem. Neither of them was automatically installed. TESTED on TWO desktops. DO NOT BUY.

Plug n Play
One meter from the wifi router and the speeds are 15/2 Mbps, unsuitable even for internet browsing let alone any larger data transfer. I wasn't expecting any glory, but this is unusable.
