Overall, I would say it's not a bad service, but it has its flaws. It was not easy to arrange the components, I was answered by various people who often did not read the history of the conversation, so sometimes they recommended nonsense. If you have a specific request (which you probably do if you want this service), you should expect the whole event to take several weeks.
