As someone else mentioned here, you need to allow for a build time of 2-3 weeks rather 3. I went into it with that in mind and that time doesn't seem unreasonable to me. It was the fact that you interact with more people and some don't read history. I can understand that too. But some of the answers were like I was bothering someone. However, there were considerably fewer of them. I could understand that, too.
I had an idea of the individual parts. We agreed on everything. It was only during assembly that the technicians discovered the problem. I could still get over the fact that we were re-tuning components.
The computer is to be tested. I even have this confirmed in my email communication. After turning on the PC, a loud sound was heard. The cause was a large piece of paper (larger than A4) that someone had "forgotten" inside and it was scrubbing against the fan. If that was the only problem, I'd pull the paper.
Even after 5 minutes, my computer did not boot and remained stuck. I'm saying that nobody tested the PC.
I've advertised the PC. Communication with the AI was "interesting". When after a long time a not so polite word escaped me, AI told me that my answer would not please my colleagues. What do you want after a few minutes on a call and the AI asks the same things over and over again and the whole thing doesn't lead to a resolution.
All in all, a big disappointment for me. And I only had the box assembled (no monitor, no CD. ) for 100.000 CZK. I expected a much better and more professional approach.

Disappointing here. (next time it is better to find out everything yourself and consider only the "assembly" service)
you have to take into account that if you "miss" a component or if it somehow goes wrong in your head, you cannot return anything within 14 days (but Alza fairly states this in their questions/answers)
