The pump arrived fully charged; it inflated two paddleboards and charged two mobile phones. However, that was the end of its usefulness – after that, it wouldn’t charge either via the supplied cable or via the 12V socket in the car; it simply wouldn’t work. It was therefore returned to the retailer three days after collection. Although he is expecting a further three of these products, he would rather have his money back (the pump was purchased with a special discount that is no longer available, and the item is now 1,200 Kč more expensive) than have a new, fault-free one sent to him. The complaint specified that the item should be replaced or repaired, yet the complaint was settled at the customer’s expense. Nobody’s going to refund the 70Kc transport fee either. A huge disappointment with Alza.cz and this petrol station too
