I was buying for AMD ryzen 5 7500f (65w tdp) and it cools it great. I have the curves set mostly for silent operation and the CPU temperature does not rise above 70°C with the cooler almost inaudible. I wouldn't be afraid to recommend it for ryzen 7 processors and the cooler will still be comfortably quiet.
