it doesn't go into standby mode when switched off and its consumption was still as if it was playing - and you REALLY don't want that. So you have to hard switch it off with the button. I also addressed this with another dealer in their listening studio and their piece behaved the same way. Samsung TV, HDMI ARC output, tried several HDMI cables with ARC support and it just didn't work with the TV. I finally bought Sennheiser Ambeo Max and MAXIMUM satisfaction, it works as it should. And lots of settings in the mobile app.
