I have these microphones and for my other iPhone with a Lightning port I have the Boya BY-V2 V2.0, because you can't connect these microphones even with an adapter as the Lightning connection simply can't handle the transfer to USB-C. The Boya microphones are awful compared to this microphone, and that's with a 700 CZK price difference.

nice thing, if you manage to connect, it works well
you can't connect it to older iphones with lightning, even with an otg adapter that transfers data. The problem is probably the voltage, which usb-c has higher than lightning.

There's really no downside when it costs 2,000 CZK.
