After reading the reviews, mostly negative ones, I still ordered. Fan rotates, timer can be set, 3 speeds. It's blowing quite a bit even on the smallest one. As far as noise is concerned, it is of course audible at top speed. But for me, sleep mode is totally cool and quiet. So for me, satisfaction.
