The CHAIRS arrived well packaged, but when unpacking one, there was visible damage where the paint was chipped under the packaging. I wanted to resolve the complaint by exchanging it for an undamaged one, unfortunately Alza did not want this solution and preferred to return the money for the chair. The fact that I bought the chair on sale and the goods are delivered from the supplier makes the purchase of a new chair more expensive by more than CZK 800. If I were to buy the set again, I would buy 2 more and, if necessary, I would claim the damaged ones, or I would classically return the remaining ones.
