The fan went for service after 2 months. The fan started to sound like a fridge and had that annoying sound on all levels even in night mode. The worst part is that I purchased also the Alza immidiate replacement service where they should replace it in 2 days when there is manufacturer fault and yet they refused to honor the contract. The told me its my fault and that I damaged the fan without any proof.Stay away from this product and never get the alza insurance because they will find an excuse not to honor it. Its a scam.
