During the first washing the device scratched the windows and caused damage of about 70 thousand. The manufacturer claims that I did not follow the instructions (wash the windows beforehand and wash the cloth thoroughly). Unfortunately, he is wrong. The first window washed from the inside, which was clean and washed with a new cloth, is also scratched.
