The service of dismantling the old appliance/installing the new one is great. One of the reasons to buy from Alza. The service could be improved so that the fitters have small materials with them, e.g. to adjust the hose and not have to do the assembly twice. Doing the assembly twice is inefficient in terms of time and money (2x trip to the customer). I also recommend to watch the hose entry point on the back of the dishwasher, if it is on the left and you have the water+waste inlets on the right of the dishwasher, the hoses will be shortened by about 50 cm. If only it lasted 17 years like the last one.
