We regularly clean EVERY vacuum cleaner we have had, after about 4 days, and we clean it thoroughly. Nothing like this has ever happened until now with this not exactly cheap vacuum cleaner after two months. I think the service company's kidding us. Cleaning of the vacuum cleaner the service was valued at about 1400Kč. Fun again. I clean the small basket and blow out the filter regularly and in a few minutes. I disagreed with the repair and got the vacuum cleaner back. We'll try it out and see what happens. Disappointing so far.
