I purchased this oven based on the many positive reviews and because of the steam cooking option.
I also sent this review directly to Electrolux and they rejected it. This explains why the reviews are only positive.
The oven is beautiful in design, but I was very disappointed in the following points:
- the fan cooling the oven is very noisy and cools long after the baking is finished, so you don't just have an oven, but also an air conditioner, someone might appreciate it
- the programs around the control wheel are not visible at all, so unless you have the oven at eye level you have to lean down a lot to read them
- I'm most unhappy with the door closing, which is very very stiff to open and gets stuck in an intermediate position when you have to push again to get the door to open fully; they are fooling the customer with the product because they advertise SoftClosing, where you just knock on the door and it closes smoothly
I do not recommend the product and would definitely not buy it again.
