I would divide the evaluation of the vacuum cleaner into two parts. I have no reservations about the body of the vacuum cleaner (my own machine). Perfect performance, hose length and service. On the other hand, I'd like to replace what follows the hose. The extension tube does not have sufficient rigidity when fully extended and sags in the middle when vacuuming. The plastic locks for attaching the handle and other parts to the tube are not well thought out. They don't click on the first try and the tube has to be turned slightly back and forth to make the lock click. In my opinion, these locks wear out quickly and go away. A separate chapter is the ill-conceived upholstery attachment. I use it to vacuum up dust on my desk, computer keyboard, etc. The attachment doesn't have a lock and it sticks on the handle so that it slides on, but only about 5mm. Therefore, the attachment often falls off and if I need to vacuum the upholstery with it, I even have to hold it to keep it from falling off. The grip on the handle is also lousy and often falls off. For a vacuum cleaner for 4 thousand I would expect significantly better performance of these parts. This is how they completely degrade what is called the user experience.
