I use the product every day and it makes my work significantly easier. Especially when you need to do several things at once, you just simply press a button on the Stream Deck Neo and it's done. There are 8 buttons available, which is more than enough for my purposes. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Stream Deck Neo and consider it a practical helper not only for streaming, but also for general work or gaming.
Makes work easier
If you don't mind flipping through pages (there are two touch sensors for turning pages), then the 8 buttons are a good choice
Suitable for both streaming and for work or gaming.
Great selection of extensions (plugins) to install (Discord, OBS Studio, Spotify, etc.).
Infobar - time and date display, and various themes
Software quality
Without installing extensions (plugins), the range of button settings is relatively small.
At the time of writing this review, you can't put anything on the InfoBar other than the time and date + themes.

I take off a star because of the worse response of the touch pads, however, it is probably very individual and each finger will react differently with the surface. I recommend this product to anyone who wants it for an easy way to work on the PC. I personally exchanged it within 14 days for a piece with more physical buttons (mk.2)
Nice processing
easy to press physical buttons
Super positionable
Nice colours and brightness
The time area offers no functionality (perhaps only for now) other than displaying the time and current page on the stream deck
Touch pads for page changes sometimes do not respond well
