exactly the same as this review (Pretty useless for home use. The LED signals and it beeps on both the live and neutral wires, even with the fuses off! Probably too sensitive, I wanted something so I wouldn't have to struggle to see the little light on a neon tester, but this really doesn't work. Perhaps it might be good for finding wiring in the wall, but I don't know.) I just borrowed the text, so hope it's okay (personally unusable and non-functional)

It’s pretty much useless for home use. The LED still lights up and the buzzer still sounds on both the live and neutral wires, even when the fuses are blown! I suppose I’m being a bit too fussy – I just wanted something so I wouldn’t have to go to the trouble of looking for the glowworm’s light, but this really isn’t going to work. Perhaps it’s good at finding the wiring in the wall, but I don’t know.
