Zakoupeno v květnu 2026. Po nějaké době se zapnul samovolně. Nahlásil jsem to Alze a poslal výrobek do servisu. Servis uvedl, že se závada během testování neprojevila, a reklamaci neuznal. Konvice, která se může zapnout sama od sebe, není bezpečná k používání, proto ji už nepoužiji.
Zapnul se sám, aniž by byl spuštěn.
Reklamaci jsem uplatnil, servis závadu nepodařilo reprodukovat a reklamaci zamítl.
Z bezpečnostních důvodů ho už nemohu používat.

It's nice and relatively tall, so pouring water straight from the tap can be a bit impractical if you don't have a deep sink. The beeping starts to get on your nerves after a few days. It beeps when you plug it in, and when you place it back on the base with water to heat up. The buttons beep when adjusting the temperature, when it finishes boiling, and when you place it back on the stand after pouring your tea. As for pouring the tea itself – it pours quite slowly, and if you tilt it too much, the water "gurgles" out of the spout. When it comes to boiling, I feel like it takes a long time to switch off, so it completely steams up the whole kitchen/furniture before it shuts down. I wouldn't buy it again.
