I don't know how EVOLVEO measures temperature transfer, but somehow the figure for this paste doesn't match the final performance in the assembly. When comparing it to Arctic's MX 4 paste, which claims about half the temperature transfer, I found that the MX 4 averages 4-6 degrees lower. Tested twice each time with a different style of application (poop vs. spreading).
