The lever used to pull out the stopper has broken off. It snapped at the weakest point, where the button for releasing the ratchet mechanism is located. I’d say I won’t be the only one. It’s just more hassle to make a complaint and send it back when it costs less than 300 Kč. Please stop selling products that aren’t worth it.
