The flavour isn't great, you have to pour quite a lot to get any at all, since a large part of the 375ml bottle is just water. Overpriced, don't expect a flavour miracle. If you take 5 large tomatoes, 3 peppers, and one small onion, chop them up, boil with 1L of H2O and 20g of NaCl, then put it in a jar at 23°C (don't seal) and leave it in a bowl for 5 days, you'll have a fermented base that you just need to blend and dilute, then season to your taste – sweeter/sour/spicy. You'll get about 6x the amount and the consistency and quality will be 10x better.

Nowhere does it say what percentage of each ingredient is in it, so it's probably just a money-making gimmick.
