it is not 7.1 sound, only simulated via the headphone driver, the OS does not recognize the support of 7.1 sound so the OS does not stream 7.1 sound to the headphones, but standard stereo. So any games or movies with 7.1 audio support are streamed as 2ch stereo anyway. Then some filter in the control somehow adjusts it strangely and the result rather deteriorates the quality.

I needed headphones at an affordable price with at least some quality sound and a good microphone. I chose this one from a selection of several headsets. The headphones with all accessories were quite carefully packed. Right after unpacking, I noticed that the shells wobble slightly, but that' s probably how it should be, it doesn' t limit anything. The microphone exceeded my expectations, the sound is clear and contains almost no noise, it can be disconnected and adjusted in any way. The sound is also very high quality. But the same cannot be said about 7.1 surround sound. It' s terrible, it sounds like headphones for 100 CZK, but what can' t be solved by some software (the headphones don' t have software, I mean, for example, Sonar from Steelseries). The connection to the sound box offers connection via USB A, volume reduction/increase for both the headphones and the microphone, and the microphone can also be completely turned off. The headphones are also quite light (at least it seems to me). They do not contain ANC, even though it says so in the label.
