This bench is much better than other benches in this price range in terms of service and quality for some exercises. On the other hand, it is unfortunately unusable for some exercises.
The bench can be folded in one piece in one piece, not into several parts that would have to be screwed together and assembled (like most others, and these benches are not of very high quality).
