The adapters are basically an unlicensed copy of the original Mag Grip, but they are not available here. The originals have different grip angles for the back adapters, but the copies don't, it's just perpendicular. If someone copied it, they could at least think about it. The two smaller back adapters only differ by a few cm (in the original they differ just by the tilt of the grip, so it makes sense there are two), so you basically have one unnecessary extra.
I haven't found a use for biceps and triceps adapters, I find the standard ones better.
So if I were to keep some, I would keep two of the whole set - a medium back one and a small one with a tilt, good for more intense biceps engagement.
The center rings for the carabiner attachment I don't know how long they will last, the metal is soft.
