One tablet is enough for me, the second is a maximum of 5-6 hours later, otherwise I' m more nervous than in a state of concentration.

I believe it's a quality supplement and it really has that focus effect on most people, but it works the exact opposite on me, or not at all. I tried to take it to study yesterday, nothing happened. Today I ate, drank a lot, took the three pills half an hour before the test. During the test I almost fell asleep from a sudden rush of fatigue (I had slept for 8 hours), which was obviously caused by the pills. I couldn't concentrate at all, on the contrary, I had a complete window. So I can't recommend it. After the test, I fell asleep immediately (after 150 mg of caffeine? ). I'm not really used to caffeine, I just drink matcha occasionally. Not coffee and energy drinks.
