I found an empty open box in Alzabox. I consider it a manufacturer's mistake that there is no tape to prevent it from opening by itself. Given the weight of the chain, it is clear that this is bound to happen. I am amazed, however, that the Alza courier did not consider it a problem to put the empty packaging in the box. On the other hand, I have to thank the operator on the phone who acknowledged it right away and created a new order in a few seconds. However, the chain will not arrive in time for the trip (the box arrived 24 hours late as well).
