It caused something like a blister where the skin came into contact with the hose; the top layer of skin peeled away at that spot. It still hadn’t gone away even after a day; the hose is permanently damaged. It’s difficult to say whether it’s ‘anti-twist’ – if that’s supposed to mean it doesn’t twist – as there were still traces of twisting from the manufacturing process after unpacking. If that means the end of the shower hose can be twisted, I wouldn’t say it works.
