good performance/price ratio
quite quiet for the amount of air transported
nice Italian design (made in China, of course)
intuitive assembly (although without a small Phillips screwdriver the protective basket cannot be properly secured)
the design corresponds to the price (thin plastic), the propeller is a bit conical, but very light, so the fan shakes only minimally)
enabling vertical tilt requires a larger Phillips screwdriver - no hand crank
horizontal oscillation is definitely more than 1° in the description: ), but vertical tilt is only possible in a small enough range
