We play at home in QHD on a 32" monitor. The current 3070Ti was on the edge with its 8GB VRAM, so it went out into the world (still under warranty and for decent money).
In the Unigine Valley test at QHD resolution in ULTRA on Win 11 it gave min 62 FPS and at max 412 FPS (Ryzen 7600X processor). Almost 100% improvement over the 3070Ti. Total score 9968 points.
GPU has only 8PIN for power supply - I praise. It is relatively quiet - so far I haven't had the need to touch the clock speeds and fan behaviour via MSI Afterburner. But I will definitely tweak - there are YouTube tutorials on how to subvolt while maintaining performance (I've already successfully tried with the current 3070Ti).
In general, I see no reason to pay extra for more "premium" models.

Personally, I don't see much advantage in DLSS and Frame Generation (only when watching TV at a greater distance)
Memory clock went up pretty brutally during OC ( +20%), I don't use but pleased
I also had an RX 6800 but it was fast and the effects were similar to the 4070, but with older games it behaved strangely and in 3 days it bit several times and that was enough as a reason "not to buy"
I compared with RTX 3060- not enough, RTC 3060TI- still not reaching everything on ultra, RTC 3070- here I was already hesitating because it worked great but the 8GB memory will be insufficient very soon, which was already reflected in the fact that the card was running at full speed. I paid extra for the RTX 4070 and have no regrets 12GB is sufficient for HD, the effects bomb and DLSS3 is an argument for years to come.
You can hear it under load but that's just reality. But it's not disturbing you just know about her.
