The watch is of quite good quality, but it is simply still a watch and does not always measure more accurately. It' s important to take it with a grain of salt. Otherwise, quite satisfied.

When they work, everything is fine
They work normally for a while and then suddenly the battery dies within a day. I made a complaint, was sent a new pair and they do the same thing. I guess it's time for another complaint.

To be honest, the watch is more suitable for someone who does sports. Unfortunately, even so, there are no animations on the watch. It just counts time and heart rate. Which is useless for me during yoga or gentle exercise, for example. The positives of the watch are its nice design and that it's intuitive. There are a lot of exercise modes, but I won't use most of them. Notifications appear almost immediately after your phone pings, and the heart rate, sleep, stress tracking, etc. is really accurate. The step counting is, of course, harder to measure accurately – just tidying up clothes is enough and you've met your goal. Torch – comes in handy sometimes. The display is bright even on a lower brightness setting, and sunlight isn't a problem either. The wallet payment feature is also great, NFC works perfectly. Unfortunately, when it comes to design, there are very few free watch faces. The watch disconnects frequently, even if I just walk a few metres away from the phone. So you need to have it nearby at all times. Notifications aren't saved. I'm used to other (cheaper) watches where I can still look up recent messages because I didn't have time to read them and can't pull out my phone, but unfortunately, it's gone. Sometimes something stays there, but of course, it disappears after you read it. You can't make calls from the watch. At most, you can accept or decline a call with pre-set messages. But why would you accept a call when your phone is in your pocket or backpack, right? Music – apparently, you can store music on the watch and listen, but it would probably get laggy. So again, it's via the phone, but you can control it with the watch. Which even cheaper watches can do. Alarms, stopwatch, timer – the usual stuff. Same for the weather. IQ store – as I wrote, most things are paid. Activity history, hydration, calendar, events, calories – all ok. Garmin Messenger is useless. Why install another app on your phone for the watch when WhatsApp exists and you can't reply from the watch anyway. I bought the watch mainly for the location sharing feature. I haven't managed to get that working yet because the app is a paid service and the price is high. We tried the safety sharing feature for incidents like a fall, but it hasn't sent a message yet. The watch disappointed me, and so have more expensive ones from the same brand. It's really more for athletes.
Long battery life (4–7 days)
Water resistance (when washing hands, in the rain)
Precise measurement (heart rate and health)
Lovely design
Reliable notifications
Easy to scratch
