On power saving mode it is supposed to last up to 13 days, after 3 days of use in this mode I had 30% battery left.

I bought the watch for my eight-year-old son. They fit his hands just right, on the second to last hole in the belt. He's excited, he's always walking, running, more interested in trips. Battery life drops quite a bit when GPS is on. I didn't need the Amoled display at about eight years old at all, maybe I should have chosen a different type, but that's okay. Swimming in the sea, the watch did great. We stuck the protective film right away, I definitely recommend not to delay. For me, a great tool for tracking sleep, activity, health and definitely lifestyle.

We'll see what this piece can do, but to be honest I'm slightly disappointed. I had a Huawei Watch GT3 before, and in terms of build quality, intuitive controls, screen variability and settings, they were much better than this Garmin.
nice dial, data visible even in the sun
sufficient choice of activities
NFC payment option
the belt is like from vietnamese, for this brand I would imagine really something better quality
there are only a few preset backgrounds to choose from or you can arrange the icons on the desktop according to your own choice, but it is quite limited
for a background that I like I would have to pay the extra expense
can't be charged wirelessly and keeps falling off the shelf

Compared to the old Tomtom Runner 2, the shift is huge, but overall Garmin disappointed me quite a bit. What strikes me most is the inaccuracy of the accelerometer, which e.g. It provides unacceptably inaccurate skipping rope counting (~80/100, like sorry) while calmly counting your steps while your watch sits on the table overnight.
I consider the display of mobile notifications when the watch is lying on the table to be a significant user and security problem. For me, displaying them should be conditional on unlocking, similar to the first payment after putting on the watch. The watch doesn't even allow you to respect the Do Not Disturb mode set on your phone, so your phone doesn't even beep, but the watch lights up and vibrates on your bedside table until you set Do Not Disturb on it.
The menu layout and touch controls cannot be praised either. Touch is quite imprecise, it doesn't take advantage of the potential of different gestures (a top-down gesture does the same thing as a bottom-up gesture; a gesture from right to left does nothing).
The fitness functions are probably just for fun - the watch informs me periodically during the day that I'm stressed, although this is not at all true. Then in the evening they tell me I've had a stressful day and I should do yoga before bed.
But let me not just criticize. I'm happy with the battery life - I charge the watch about once every ten days, although it's still connected to my phone and I haven't set any power saving modes from the default. The mobile app also deserves praise for the amount of information and graphs it displays on activities.
To summarize, the watch may make sense as an affordable outdoor sports tracker (I wouldn't rely on the accelerometer), but as a fitness band or smart watch, don't buy it.
