The main reason I ordered a new mallet is so that it would fit in the dishwasher. Which this one may not and nowhere was it stated.
Mainly to make it look good to the eye but technically it's useless.
It is light so that the more you have to work to klepali cuttings. It's stainless steel, but it's not dishwasher safe. You can get a cheaper one that looks pretty much the same but for half the price. I don't have a picture because I returned the mallet right away.
