After undervolting, I have the card in a build with only a 400W power supply. Up to 550W power supply is recommended for normal operation without bumping. I have the card in a small older case with an i5 12400f and 4x8Gb ram on the desk under the monitor (so not ideal ventilation conditions) and it still doesn't overheat.
