When I bought this keyboard six months ago in the first, significantly more expensive wave, I almost returned it. But in the end, I decided it does exactly what it's supposed to - it types reliably and offers no resistance. Now I've completely gotten used to it, and for the current price of ~£3,200, I definitely recommend it.
magnetic HE switches, which don't have a mechanical contact and you can set the keypress registration point anywhere on the vertical travel path (the default setting is fine)
even the basic plastic (non-PRO) version is sufficiently robust
volume and mute wheel (I'd have preferred a horizontal knurled roller, it's more responsive)
acceptably quiet keystrokes
well-designed space bar (doesn't rattle)
good technical support
ANSI layout with a long left shift and a conventional 100% layout
Programmable
Solid Chinese hardware quality, in a good sense.
Easy to swap out the switches for either mechanical or other magnetic ones (an investment for the future in case anything happens to the factory switches)
A conservative look, not a circus-like type.
Poor software features, the CORE program has been struggling for a long time with incompetence and almost an absence of developers, long pauses between versions which not only fix things but often break them too; however, the program isn't needed for normal use of the hardware.
The backlighting isn't the strongest (north-facing), but it's good enough for orientation at night.
The white backlight is definitely not white, but bluish.
the usb cable is detachable via USB-C and that is always a weak point; the cable I received had a noticeably loose male connector, which led to it disconnecting with every movement, I had a word with it with some pliers and now it holds
The firmware update was unstable and led to a temporary coma; on two PCs it consistently failed at random points regardless of the USB controller type and the recommendations in the manuals; on a third PC it worked immediately without any issues; I successfully resolved it with technical support via email.
