If you are buying unboxed/used goods, beware, the original user must have removed the Google account and PIN. Alza sold me a watch that would not unlock, even after a factory reset. Google has done this on purpose to prevent any stolen watches from being used. So I have to return them, because even after reset I simply can't use them as a second user, they are PIN locked.
