This one has a temperature probe, can reach 300°C for pizza and, as a bonus, it has Wi-Fi connectivity. As soon as I opened it, I saw it came with lots of trays (deep, shallow, and perforated), including spare side rails for the trays. The temperature probe is great, and steam cooking is great too. The controls are simple and clear. For me, it's 100% so far.
