we cannot rely on the ordered delivery date, instead of writing that they could not come, they made us wait all day and at 19.25 they wrote that they could not reach us at home and that they would deliver the next day (we were at home, but no one called or came) the same was repeated the next day and in the evening they wrote that they would deliver in two days - they had already delivered. Terrible!
pay the goods in advance, in such delivery services.
