Personally, I was expecting more information on the technique of grilling on different types of grills. Although these are presented here (electric, pellet, gas, charcoal), the authors did not want to go into technical details because of the many variations of different manufacturers. So I have to make do with basic information and grilling tips and experiment on my own.
