The whole costume (cloak) should cost barely half. The material is transparent, thin and easy to tear. The fastening is of poor quality and it is only a tiny square of velcro (see photo). There's not a word about Harry Potter on the cover, just a magic student. I definitely can't recommend it to anyone.
