I promised him that he would forward the request for a credit note to his colleagues, because it was clear to him that even on the 31st day of the claim I would not have the claim resolved and the goods back with me. What is Alza's position on this? Totally ignored and on the 32nd day they delivered the "exchanged" product to the Alza box and therefore Jiri's promise (I still have the conversation saved) that he would forward to his colleagues with the request to issue a credit note and that they would let me know by email, came to nothing. It would be good to admit the mistake (that you just completely missed the claim and made a mistake) and at least apologize, but I guess that's too much to ask as a customer. It's not about the money or the product itself, I bought a new ice maker the day I placed the claim and I already had a use for the "old" one in another household (after the "service and claim" was over), but about the principle and the approach to customers. Often a simple "sorry for the delay/delay" is all that is needed. ", because anyone can make a mistake, the important thing is to take responsibility for it. I believe that I will never have to deal with any complaint with Alsa again and if I do, I hope that I will find an empathetic attitude like Jiří's (although he probably thought his own) and avoid arrogant assistants like Natálie.
