Perhaps we’ve got a faulty unit, but the oven initially displayed an error message for which there was no solution in the manual – which I had to track down and download – so I was helped by a discussion forum where people were sharing their experiences of the same problem. Then, for a change, the oven stopped responding to touch, then the light went out, and now it isn’t heating up. A faultless oven and helpful Haier customer support. I certainly won’t be buying anything from this brand again, if I have any other option.
