In the FM band 87.5-108 MHz it only adds noise, no other change is visible according to the field strength indicator on the tuner. What does the strange antenna gain figure of 30 dB (! ), additionally marked as "amplification", I really have no idea. But the actual value of the gain, compared to a simple dipole, certainly does not.
