The plug to close the water/sand hole seals well (unlike the centre of the cylinder - see cons).
The empty cylinder is relatively light and carries well
The assembly is not complicated, but it took a lot of work to mount the screws so that the handle is not twisted. In the end, a vice helped to keep a straight line at the point where the pipes meet and only after tightening was the direction straight.
The cylinder I bought was leaking. Water was dripping from the centerline. It was only a trickle, but after a long time there was a puddle under the cylinder. I assume there will also be sand leakage, but I haven't tested it.
The assembly instructions could be easier to read - the essential pictures are very small.
