Very happy. I originally bought it primarily for travelling light on flights, as the backpack meets the approved dimensions for a small, free carry-on bag for most (or all?) airlines. In the end, I use the backpack almost daily for my commute to work, packing my gym stuff, including shoes, alongside my work items (laptop and accessories). This means I don't have to lug two bags around or one uncomfortably large one like before. Although it doesn't have a rain cover, it does have water-resistant zips, and I assume the vacuum pocket that keeps air out will also keep water out 😊
The overall construction feels solid; the only question is the durability of the zip on the vacuum pocket. Logically, this zip is a bit stiff to use. It's hard to say how long the material itself or the zip's adhesive will last. If it stops being airtight, it will still be a quality backpack, just without the vacuum feature. A rechargeable vacuum pump with a USB-C charging port is included. However, it's not essential for getting a usable amount of air out; the pocket has a one-way valve, so if you close the zip and push down, you can expel most of the air without the pump. I would point out that reducing the volume by sucking the air out definitely helps, but we're talking a matter of centimetres (depending on the material of the items inside). You really won't fit the giant piles of clothes shown in the promotional photos into the backpack, even after vacuuming.
