You must hold down the power button for the laptop to respond
The speakers start to crackle on their own and eventually crack after about two hours on a call. It sounds like a radio that’s out of tune. Adjusting the volume up or down, briefly muting the sound, or restarting the laptop does not help; the computer must be switched off for at least a few hours.
After two months of use, the laptop went into sleep mode whilst idle and the screen would no longer come on. The laptop is probably switched on – the fans are running – but it doesn’t respond to any buttons; only the ‘power’ button is lit. The fans keep running even when the laptop is closed, which they shouldn’t do. I’m waiting for the battery to run out, the fans to stop working, then I’ll pack up the laptop and send it in for a warranty claim.
The display is incredibly glossy, but the brightness isn’t great

This laptop is by no means cheap; it has a decent hardware configuration and is perfectly adequate for everyday office work. If you use it for more intensive tasks, you’ll find that the plastic build, the keyboard and, above all, the display aren’t all that great. And then it would be better to pay a bit extra for a better model.
