I bought it as an unpacked item, but it was already used and there was a foreign account that could not be accessed. I had to send in a claim. I need the computer for my work and due to this problem I am losing quite a lot of money and when I asked for some kind of compensation or acceleration, even though they broke the law by having a foreign account in the computer, there was no effort to help me. They promised delivery by the second day and it arrived in 3 days. My current computer unfortunately died and I needed a new one as soon as possible. This is not the first problem I have had with Alsa and I will not buy anything from them again.
