The worst Alza purchase I have ever made. Worst printer I' ve ever had, see cons. I wanted a printer that can withstand printing a sufficient number of pages without changing the cartridge - according to the parameters, it seemed to be the best here, but the opposite is true - it cannot withstand anything and consumes color ink for gray printing. I don' t know if this is the standard now, but I keep changing color and black cartridges.
Prints nicely
The first printer I' ve ever had from HP that recognizes original cartridges.
It consumes a lot of ink from color cartridges even when printing in grayscale.
The black color (963) also doesn' t last nearly 1000 stands as I imagined (that was the reason I bought the printer).
Compared to the OfficeJet 6950, which was supposed to print fewer pages per black cartridge, it' s the exact opposite. The OfficeJet 6950 prints 1000 pages (903XL) and did not dry out (it could be used continuously for a year). This really prints 150 pages and that' s it. Then he wants to change, for example, magenta and black. I keep buying cartridges.
I preferred not to try color printing.
Very noisy when switching on and off, to the point of unhealthy rattling.
