It's electric.
Large volume
Standard-sized bin bags fit in the bin
Plastic opening mechanism
Two complaints over the course of a year – both concerning the opening mechanism – were accepted and the items were replaced with new ones
It won’t carry itself: D
The sensor for opening the bin isn’t the most responsive – cheaper bins have better ones – but it works

Large and well shaped
The only one on the market with mains power
The mechanism is not completely protected from dirt, so it eventually gets inside. Count on a lifetime of max. two years (our case). But that's the problem with every self-opening basket

Everything works great!
The 60L trashbags I’ve found dont wrap around the mouth of the lid, but thats not a fault of the trash bin.

Great basket, works as it should, the only thing that could be better is my aluminum "gate".
After half a year, it works
can be plugged directly into a socket
for me super system of bag attachment, can't be seen, easy to take off
round edges, dimensionally fine
plastic door otherwise in aluminium (but you can't tell at first glance)

It performs 100% of what it is intended for, the advantage is the possibility of mains power.
