I must have bought 2 of the same bad batch. When they worked, they worked absolutely perfectly, but after a month they! Both! they broke it. 😀 Hopefully they'll recondition the other one and they'll both be great again.
When it works, it's perfect in every way
I bought two. I claimed the first one ("defective motherboard, side brush spun) and they've already sent me a new one. It will happen, I thought. But the other one just broke, so I'm sending that one in for a warranty claim (both buttons flash red after starting). 😀
