We are very happy with the product. The sound quality is truly excellent, just like at the cinema (it’s in a completely different league to the sound on TV). In a small flat, you need to be very careful about the volume; it doesn’t take much, and you should switch the subwoofer to night mode at night, otherwise it might disturb the neighbours. The app is brilliantly designed, and it’s very easy to use. You can customise everything in the app. We must highlight the fact that the calibration took place entirely automatically. The product is really well thought out, polished and brilliant. The detachable side speakers further enhance the sound.

Until now, I’d owned an older generation of the JBL 500, so I was very pleasantly surprised to be able to try out the surround sound on the new model.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this soundbar. Once you’ve tried it, you won’t want to listen to ordinary TV sound anymore – the difference is simply huge. The product arrived neatly packaged and was very easy to install. On the very first evening, we put on a film to put it through its paces, and it was a brilliant experience, just like being in a small home cinema. I really appreciate the flexibility offered by the detachable speakers, which allow you to tailor the surround sound exactly to your needs. What’s more, the dialogue was so clear that even our 90-year-old grandad was finally able to hear and understand everything that was said in the film for the first time in ages. I even had the chance to try out the speaker in our smaller village hall, which is about 80 m² in size, and thanks to it, we really made the most of the party. The mobile app makes it easy to adjust the sound settings and equaliser, and I really appreciate the fact that it can be used as a remote control. There are also many ways to connect the speaker to your TV and other devices.

I bought this soundbar because I wanted surround sound for my TV, but I didn’t want to have to run any cables around the house. Even though all the speakers, including the subwoofer, communicate wirelessly with one another, the sound is absolutely perfect. The sound is well-balanced and the bass is absolutely perfect. The soundbar has a very attractive matt finish. The whole system can be controlled via the JBL ONE app, but there aren’t many settings available. I really appreciate the wide range of connectivity options and the ability to stream via AirPlay. The only thing I don't really like is the display built into the front grille. All in all, I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who isn’t happy with their TV’s built-in speakers.

I've had this set at home for a few days and what I love most about it is the simplicity. No pulling cables across half the living room. You just take those detachable wireless speakers, put them on the shelf behind you and you're done. Battery life is up to 10 hours, either by plugging back in or via USB-C. They can even be used completely outside the soundbar, which is a nice bonus if you want music in another room, and the portable sound quality is surprisingly good. When I turn on a Dolby Atmos-enabled movie, it's a different world. The 3D surround sound will completely envelop you. But it will not only make movies more enjoyable, but also TV shows, which sound much better than TV or cheaper soundbars. Summing up: For someone who wants the feel of a real cinema at home without the complicated installation, it's a blast. Ease of use is simply paramount here.
