After a year and a half of using the headphones, the leatherette started to peel off and sometimes there was an unpleasant whistling sound. The claim was accepted and I got a new piece, but after another year the exact same problem appeared.
Since the warranty covers the original purchase and does not renew with the replacement of a new piece (which doesn't make much sense to me from a customer perspective), there's nothing I can do about it now.
So in three years, I've had two identical headphones with the same fault - which I really wouldn't expect from JBL.
For me, unfortunately, I do not recommend it.
